Sr. Project Lead - Enterprise Transformation Initiative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Project Lead to drive our Enterprise Transformation Initiative.

  • Manage complex IT projects with significant business value and outcomes.
  • Coordinate project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, budgeting, and communication across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Governance and Planning:
  • Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies.
  • Assemble project plans, assign tasks, monitor work efforts, identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proven experience managing complex IT projects (including budgeting and forecasting).
  • Previous project management experience with ERP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management standards and methods (Waterfall or hybrid with Agile), and tools (such as PPM, Jira, MS Project).
  • Proficiency in applying fundamental project management principles in various contexts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain area.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2600 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months.
