ERP Transformation Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of medium to high complexity projects across EMEA region.

Your responsibilities will include project governance, planning, reporting, risk and issue management, budgeting, and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project-oriented work efforts and ensure stability.

  • Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to deliver projects on time and meet high-quality standards.

  • Assemble project plans, assign tasks, monitor daily work, identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, and escalate issues as needed.

  • Track key project milestones and adjust plans and resources to meet customer needs.

  • Communicate with enterprise areas that impact project scope, budget, risk, and resources.

  • Assist PMO Lead in identifying and prioritizing IT opportunities to achieve enterprise goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing complex IT enterprise projects (including forecasting).

  • Previous project management experience with ERP projects.

  • Strong knowledge of project management standards and methods (Waterfall or hybrid with Agile), and tools (such as PPM, Jira, MS Project).

  • Proficiency in applying fundamental project management principles in various contexts.

  • Understanding of project relationships with broader enterprise requirements.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a matrixed environment.

  • Competence in making decisions impacting project success, including results, deadlines.

  • Effective communication skills, both formal and informal.

  • Skillful in influencing organizations, customers, suppliers, partners, and peers on project outcomes.

  • Exceptional collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum.

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain area.

The gross monthly salary starts from 2600 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months.
