Senior Project Manager for Large-Scale Projects

This role requires an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage the execution of medium to high complexity projects across EMEA region.

Your main responsibilities will be project governance, planning, reporting, risk and issue management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.

Main Duties:

  • Ensure smooth project workflow and maintain stability.

  • Implement project management processes and methodologies to guarantee successful project delivery.

  • Prepare project plans, allocate tasks, track progress, identify resource needs, conduct quality checks, and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Oversee key project milestones and adjust plans and resources accordingly to meet customer expectations.

  • Maintain effective communication with enterprise areas influencing project scope, budget, risk, and resources.

  • Support PMO Lead in identifying and prioritizing IT opportunities to drive enterprise success.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing complex IT enterprise projects (including forecasting).

  • Previous project management experience with ERP projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of project management standards and methods (Waterfall or hybrid with Agile), and tools (such as PPM, Jira, MS Project).

  • Ability to apply fundamental project management principles in diverse contexts.

  • Understanding of project connections with broader enterprise demands.

  • Capacity to work efficiently within a matrixed setting.

  • Competence in making informed decisions affecting project outcomes, including results, deadlines.

  • Effective communication skills, encompassing both formal and informal interactions.

  • Ability to positively influence organizations, customers, suppliers, partners, and peers on project outcomes.

  • Outstanding collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum.

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain area.
