ERP Transformation Project Manager Position

A highly skilled Senior Project Manager is required to lead the execution of medium to high complexity projects across EMEA region.

Your key responsibilities will include project governance, planning, reporting, risk and issue management, budgeting, and communication with stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project-oriented work efforts and ensure stability.

  • Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies to deliver projects on time and meet high-quality standards.

  • Build project plans, allocate tasks, track daily work, identify resource needs, conduct quality reviews, and address issues promptly.

  • Monitor key project milestones and adjust plans and resources to meet customer needs.

  • Collaborate with enterprise areas that impact project scope, budget, risk, and resources.

  • Support PMO Lead in identifying and prioritizing IT opportunities to achieve enterprise goals.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing complex IT enterprise projects (including forecasting).

  • Previous project management experience with ERP projects.

  • Detailed knowledge of project management standards and methods (Waterfall or hybrid with Agile), and tools (such as PPM, Jira, MS Project).

  • Ability to apply fundamental project management principles in various contexts.

  • Understanding of project relationships with broader enterprise requirements.

  • Capacity to work efficiently in a matrixed environment.

  • Capability in making decisions impacting project success, including results, deadlines.

  • Effective communication skills, both formal and informal.

  • Ability to influence organizations, customers, suppliers, partners, and peers on project outcomes.

  • Excellent collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum.

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain area.

The gross monthly salary starts from 2600 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months.
