RPA Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive RPA Operator to join our global automation community. This role is essential in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of automation solutions across operations.

You will be part of a team working closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to support and enhance automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate will have experience in RPA operations or support roles, preferably with Automation Anywhere (v11/A360). They should also be familiar with low-code and automation platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and support RPA bots and automation solutions in production environments.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents or bugs in collaboration with developers and business teams.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and operational runbooks.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose enhancements or preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with product owners and analysts to ensure smooth handover and deployment of new automations.
  • Support infrastructure and platform-related tasks for RPA and low-code tools.
  • Contribute to reporting and performance tracking of automation solutions using tools like Power BI or Celonis.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Apply DevOps practices to automation lifecycle management, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in RPA operations or support roles, preferably with Automation Anywhere (v11/A360).
  • Familiarity with low-code and automation platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell and Python.
  • Exposure to process mining tools like Celonis is a strong plus.
  • Good understanding of SQL and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) is highly desirable.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Passion for automation and continuous improvement, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
