We are seeking a dedicated Business operations specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of subcontracting processes and legal compliance.

As a key member of our team, you will be the main point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and documentation.

Your strong customer service mindset, document preparation skills, and ability to navigate various systems will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

  • Creating supplier files and responding to internal requests

  • Administrating and modifying important information and documents

  • Managing the workflow and building relationships with suppliers and customers

  • Providing reporting and checks

  • Attending meetings and calls, teamwork

Requirements

You must have a university degree or relevant experience in administration/business/sourcing support, English language - min. B2 level, French language - min. B2 level, MS Office package knowledge (MS Excel), precision and eye for detail, problem-solving & analytical skills, positive mindset and team spirit, focus on improvement, open to new ideas.
