We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing equipment performance while prioritizing safety, health, cost, environment, and availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply maintenance expertise in the manufacturing development process to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new equipment.
  • In function of asset utilization and cost control:
    • Define and update the maintenance program (predictive, preventive, and corrective).
    • Solve problems in an analytical and structured way.
  • Provide technical guidance to maintenance area leaders, supervisors, team leaders, and maintenance technicians.
  • Develop and execute dedicated trainings to enable effective and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Collect, update, and optimize specific documentation (inclusive visual factory).
  • Setup Bill of Material, spare parts list, and maintenance program.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. A strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and related software is essential for this role.

Requirements
  • University degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical/Mechatronic, Automation, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Several years of experience in Maintenance function associated with mechanical, electrical equipment in automotive sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of maintenance practices and processes.
  • Good communication and logical / analytical thinking skills.
  • Conversational in English (written and spoken).
