We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our multinational team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires fluency in Slovak language skills (written & spoken) and strong English communication skills. Previous experience in customer service is an asset but not mandatory. You must have good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Your Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inquiries efficiently and offer solutions
- Provide accurate information about services and policies
- Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction
- Update customer records in the system
- Work closely with internal teams to improve service quality
