Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Retail CDD Team Lead.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of CDD analysts, overseeing and coordinating CDD operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.
  • They will also be responsible for facilitating and supporting team members, building strong-identity teams, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of CDD analysts to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee and coordinate CDD operations to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) and other financial crime frameworks.
  • Facilitate and support team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Build strong-identity teams that apply diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.
  • Deliver prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organization is not exposed to undue risks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing teams and leading business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to AML, KYC, and financial crime frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive business results and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
