Job Opportunity in German Customer Service
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a German-speaking customer service representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls from customers, addressing their queries, and resolving their concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, complaints, and late shipments.
- Provide excellent communication skills in German to ensure seamless customer interactions.

- Flexibility to work in shifts between Monday and Sunday, including public holidays and weekends.
