Production Planning Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Production Planning Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining production volume plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate product configuration.

Your primary focus will be on optimizing plant capacity, line speed, rebuilds, and new model ramp-ups. You will analyze and verify the Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage running changes to ensure seamless product delivery.

You will also play a key role in coordinating pre-series builds and project plans with the launch team. Your analytical capabilities and strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and capacity planning will be invaluable in driving business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree in logistics or manufacturing preferred
  • +3 years experience in production planning or BOM management
  • Logistics principles, processes, systems
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and capacity planning
  • Experience in Lean manufacturing
  • Analytical capabilities
  • Strong sense of ownership with proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with collaboration mindset
  • Proficiency in ERP and planning system (preferred SAP)
