The Role
  • Develop and implement Final Assembly production setups, leading the team as tooling & equipment representative within manufacturing engineering.
  • Set up lean and optimized production processes for Final Assembly, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Handle and secure mechanics, automation, and software-related issues during concept work, ensuring safety and functionality.
  • Align activities with sourcing plans and collaborate with purchasing, tracking equipment budgets against agreements.

Your Expertise
  • University degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or equivalent technical engineering background.
  • Minimum 5 years of practical project leadership experience with tooling and equipment installation (systems design and integration).
  • Extensive experience in process related to Software and End of Line.
