Plant Change Order Coordinator Opportunity

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Plant Change order coordinator to manage and support the introduction of running changes in our production plant. This role involves analyzing and verifying the Bill of Materials (BOM) structure, investigating errors, and ensuring accurate product configuration for all vehicles built in the plant.

  • Analyze and verify BOM structures for accuracy.
  • Manage change orders, coordinating with internal departments and updating local systems with change data.
  • Distribute information across departments, manage meetings, and collaborate with plant teams.

This position requires strong analytical capabilities, a sense of ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a university degree or vocational background in logistics or manufacturing, +3 years of experience with product BOM structure, and proficiency in ERP and planning system (preferably SAP).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Logistics principles, processes, and systems knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and capacity planning.
  • Experience in Lean manufacturing.
  • Analytical capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a collaboration mindset.
  • Proficiency in ERP and planning system (preferably SAP).
