Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our Financial Operations team in a dynamic finance role that goes beyond traditional accounting.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and will manage receivables and payment-related queries for vendors.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve complex receivable discrepancies, including commercial agreements and vendor returns, ensuring timely payments for vendors
  • Perform detailed reconciliations of vendor statements against our ledger entries
  • Handle AR-related inquiries professionally via phone and email, with emphasis on vendor satisfaction and relationship building
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure payment accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage key account relationships and coordinate long-term financial solutions
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Pivot tables, VLookups, reconciliations)
  • Conduct regular vendor calls and meetings to maintain strong business relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in finance, accounts receivable, or related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis and financial reconciliation
  • Strong track record of customer/client relationship management
  • Demonstrated expertise in debit/credit analysis
  • Fluent in English
  • French language proficiency at minimum B2 level (MANDATORY)
