
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking skilled and dedicated professionals to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Your role will involve engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing outstanding service and support while identifying customer needs and recommending products and services to enhance their experience.
You will also handle customer complaints, responding to concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish language skills (knowledge of Italian is an asset)
- Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a call centre or retail environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals
