  • Assist clients in detecting technical issues with digital services and use your expertise to diagnose, prioritize, advise, and resolve problems.
  • Set up clients on new digital platforms and related services, taking responsibility for coordinating the administrative process.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance the client experience.
  • Analyze data to complete client requests and collaborate with other departments to solve daily assignments.
">Requirements">
  • You are fluent in English (verbal and written) and have at least one year of relevant experience in client service functions.
  • You possess excellent client service skills, including patience, attentiveness, clear communication, and the ability to use positive language.
  • You have banking and payments knowledge and experience with MS Office applications.
  • You are flexible, accurate, result-oriented, and a team player with a positive drive and willingness to learn.
  • You feel comfortable in a fast-changing environment and can exude calmness when dealing with incidents.
