Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations in our multi-shift production environment. This role involves organizing workflows, ensuring team members have necessary resources and support to work safely and effectively.

As a member of our production team, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating job expectations and providing feedback to team members;
  • Overseeing people planning and management, including resource allocation, holiday scheduling, and sickness management;
  • Controlling technology parameters and related media; standardizing production processes for quality products;
  • Production planning - contributing data, running reports, checking accuracy, and distributing information;
  • Coordinating maintenance interventions;
  • Leading development of EDU processes through parameter optimization;
  • Driving process improvements, cost reduction activities, and continuous improvement activities;
  • Providing training plans and executing trainings for team members.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Several years of experience in EDU process design and supervisor functions associated with propulsion/automotive components;
  • Experience developing manufacturing processes and setting up processes, machines, and process parameters;
  • Experience transitioning products from prototype to production;
  • Experience defining and assessing quality standards associated with common manufacturing processes;
  • Experience with technology, media, and parameters set-up;
  • People development abilities;
  • Education in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Excellent communication skills, preferably conversational in English and Slovak language, written and spoken;
  • Able to work within a multinational team, influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
