Team Assistant with German Language

About the role
Our team consists of 9 Team and Executive Assistants located in Bratislava, and we are the point of contact for all administrative tasks and the driving effort for their execution, collaborating with our internal partners.
We are ready to welcome a new team member to make sure things run smoothly and are prioritized properly.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Handle calendar management, including scheduling of internal/external appointments and events across time zones and arranging all required logistics (rooms, video conferences, catering, accommodation etc)
- Processing of expense reports, incoming invoices, and other administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Data Steward in Client Relationship Management system (creation and updating of new and/or existing Contacts, Partners and target groups)
- Updating team lists and distribution lists
About You
You are highly motivated, resilient and diligent. You are always willing to learn new things and can adapt to constantly evolving, international environment. Can do approach and client centricity come naturally to you, you're dedicated to carrying out your tasks quickly and independently and are able to balance multiple priorities.
- Working experience as an assistant, in administration or any relatable field
- Digital literacy - very good knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills allowing you to actively contribute to the team spirit as well as effectively connect with people from different backgrounds
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in German

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1 500 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits.
