Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and tickets, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues related to products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective communication with customers to resolve product-related issues
  • Order management and processing
  • Securing client retention through excellent customer support
  • Tracking and resolving customer complaints
  • Compliance with established processes and procedures
  • Updating customer databases and documenting activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • C1 level written and verbal communication skills in Slovak (Croatian or Slovenian an advantage)
  • B2 English language proficiency
  • College degree or relevant work experience preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Excellent customer service skills and high motivation
