Job Description

Grow-Talent is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to find a skilled Slovak-speaking Chat Customer Support Representative. This full-time position involves supporting customers of an e-commerce platform via various communication channels.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via email, tickets, and chat to resolve their product-related issues.
  • Managing customer orders efficiently.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensuring all complaints are recognized, documented, and resolved promptly.
  • Familiarizing themselves with established processes and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate customer databases and documentation.
  • Reporting common issues to the support team for further escalation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • C1 written and verbal communication skills in Slovak (Croatian or Slovenian is an advantage).
  • B2 English language proficiency.
  • A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a high level of motivation.
  • Self-organization and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across diverse functional areas and geographies is an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
