IT Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in connecting business objectives with innovative IT solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Align strategic goals and identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Seamlessly integrate technology to drive organizational success

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to develop, test, and implement solutions

  • Create business cases by building comprehensive process and technology roadmaps

  • Translate business capabilities and process designs into functional requirements or user stories

  • Provide support for business risk management, compliance, and security efforts

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness

  • Facilitate workshops and User-Acceptance Testing to ensure seamless integration of solutions

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date solution data in the Configuration Management Database
