We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have experience in business process analysis, change management, and IT project delivery.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the alignment of business and IT objectives, identifying opportunities for process advancement, and contributing to business capability and technology projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Business and IT Alignment

  • Partner with business stakeholders and enterprise IT colleagues to align strategic and tactical business objectives with corresponding IT objectives.

    • Collaborate with EMEA IT and business organizations to identify opportunities for process standardization.
    • Participate in ideation activities to create high-level process and technology roadmaps.
  • Solution Delivery

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and IT delivery colleagues to develop, test, and deploy solutions.

    • Map business objectives and capability needs to specific business functions and processes.
    • Conduct discovery and document user stories, business requirements, functions, processes, and enabling technologies.
    • Drive and facilitate requirements workshops, product demonstrations, and User Acceptance Testing coordination.
