We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to manage landside operations tasks on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have strong interest and passion for land or rail operations, or import and export operations.

This role involves handling landside operations tasks in compliance with company procedures, interacting with internal stakeholders and external providers, and responding to customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

The successful candidate will have good English and Czech/Slovak command, both written and spoken, and be able to communicate effectively with customers in Czeck and Slovakia.

This is a full-time role with flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working up to 60% of the time, adjusted working hours, and other alternative working patterns.

Main Tasks
  • Manage landside operations tasks on a daily basis
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers
  • Provide quality service to internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong interest and passion for land or rail operations, or import and export operations;
  • Good English and Czech/Slovak command, both written and spoken; German language proficiency will be considered an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Time management and well-organized person;
  • Problem-solving skills, willing to learn and highly responsible.
