  • Self-starter with strong communication skills and proven ability to develop and manage relationships, drive results and maximize the business growth opportunity, all in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Further developing abilities like critical thinking, consensus-building and system navigation to strengthen the team's mission
  • Engaging with stakeholders through transparent communication, training, mentoring and inclusive projects

Required Experience

  • Fluent level of English. Languages like Italian, German, French, Spanish, Mandarin, more than welcomed
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in people management
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in a customer facing role (retail, e-commerce ideally)
  • Experience in managing projects or programs with regional complexity
  • Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a changing and fast-paced environment
