Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Bratislava)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Assistance: Provide support to customers via phone, email, or social media.
  • Problem-Solving: Use diagnostic tools and Excel to resolve technical issues.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate technician visits or arrange for spare parts delivery.
  • Product Engagement: Discuss and upsell new or existing products.
  • Brand Ambassador: Educate customers on product features.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken Dutch (C1) and good English skills.
  • Location: Eligible to work and reside in Slovakia.
  • Customer Service Enthusiast: Passionate about delivering top-notch support.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and able to learn diagnostic tools.
  • Organized & Calm Under Pressure: Handle tasks efficiently and manage multiple priorities.
