  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills to provide best-in-class service

About You

  • Experience in customer care or service centre environment
  • High level of customer service skills with ability to show empathy and patience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Experience in primary insurance is an asset
  • Good MS Office and computer skills
