Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Specialist/Customer Service Agent to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer purchase orders and create sales orders
  • Cooperate with sales representatives to identify customer needs and build good customer relationships
  • Secure the best supply solution for customers
  • Place purchase order requisitions for specific business units
  • Provide transport-related instructions and other specific information
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the claim process

Requirements

  • High school degree or higher
  • Fluent English language skills, with Italian or Spanish language skills
  • PC skills – MS Office, intermediate level
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on details
  • Team player
  • Previous experience in customer services is an advantage

What We Offer

Johnson Controls offers a competitive salary, regular monthly bonus after 6 months of employment, fully covered meal vouchers, monthly free workplace massage, winter vitamin package, onsite FIT days, and a flexible benefit allowance.

You will be based in our newly opened offices in the vibrant city center close to the river and Eurovea shopping center. The onsite facilities include coffee machines, canteen, and nursery. If you are relocating to Bratislava to join JCI, you will be eligible to receive a housing allowance to help you get your new life set up.

Starting Salary

Starting from 1400 EUR/month gross (plus a regular monthly bonus after 6 months of employment) based on relevant experience.
