Order Specialist/ Customer Service Agent with Italian OR Spanish

What you will do 

Provide best-in-class customer service for both internal and external cutomers while:  

  • dealing with all types of requests received directly from customers including order bookings, complaints handling and solution support 

  • securing best supply solutions for customers 

  • in close cooperation with sales department, logistics, finance teams and other stakeholders from within the company to maintain daily business 

  • improving our internal processes as well as daily experience of our customers 

 

How you will do it 

Sales order procedure 

  • Handle customer purchase orders and create sales orders  

  • Cooperate with sales representatives.  

  • As customer’s main point of contact, identify customer needs and build good customer relationships 

  • Secure the best supply solution for the customers  

 

Place purchase order requisitions (for specific business units only) 

 

Shipping: provide transport related instructions and other specific information  

 

Claims: act as customer’s primary point of contact throughout the claim process

  • English language + Italian OR Spanish fluently

  • Previous experiences in customer services are advantage ​

You will be based in our newly opened offices in the vibrant city center close to the river and Eurovea shopping center. The onsite facilities include coffee machines, canteen and nursery. If you are relocating to Bratislava to join JCI you will be eligible to receive a housing allowance to help you get your new life set up

Starting from 1400 EUR/month gross (plus a regular monthly bonus after 6 months of employment) based on relevant experience.
