Your day to day

  • Leading your team members (1:1, team huddles) to accomplish product category business goals, resolve problems and drive projects – by inventing, evolving or optimizing processes and solutions - making trade-offs and adjusting team priorities.
  • You collaborate with your peers in leadership meetings, department priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • You will work with stakeholders, category leaders and senior leadership on a program you own. Your day is composed as well of personal work on long-term projects, ad-hoc requests, leadership related actions on department level and reporting/performance management.

Required Experience

  • 6+ years professional experience within Account Management, Sales, Vendor Management, Business Development, E-Commerce, Retail, Consulting, Business-to-Business (B2B), Sales Operations or Shared Service Operations.
  • 4+ years' experience in people management, with proven track record to build inclusive and engaging teams in highly paced environment.
  • Experience with managing projects with regional complexity
  • Fluent level of English; additional language advantage

Salary starts EUR 3,900 gross per month
